Boy did we pick a winner! Jessica Houston was the winner of our 2009 Cutest Kid Contest, and she was a piece of work! Just look at all that beautiful hair and those baby blues, not to mention her modeling skills! We had so much fun during this shoot (as always) even though it was hot outside.
